4 Tips for Your Skin

Start your skincare regimen today:

1. Determine which skin areas need the most help

Is it your face, hands, feet, arms or legs? Are the areas dry, cracked or infected? The types of conditions and areas affected will determine your next steps.

2. Start with an appropriate cleanser

Choose your soaps carefully; ones that will accomplish the task of removing dirt, oil, bacteria, etc. Facial skin will likely be more sensitive than the other areas, but again it depends on what you’ve assessed. It may be wise to use different soaps for different areas.

3. Treat particularly affected areas

If there’s more than general dryness at stake, special attention may be warranted. Areas might include cuts, cracks, rashes and other sources of inflammation (i.e. acne). Choose the right product to address each area. Look for products with natural ingredients like honey, propolis and natural plant extracts that fight infection.

4. Keep your skin moisturized

Low humidity can constantly deplete the moisture in your skin. Drink plenty of water and use an effective moisturizer on a daily basis – lips and skin.
Treat yourself and treat your skin with care. It will be worth the effort to reduce or prevent greater problems down the road. Let us know how we can help you select the right products for your skin.
